Download the repository from GitHub and upload the plugin files to the `/wp-content/ plugins/advanced-gallery-fields` directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. 2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress 3. Go to Tools -> Advanced Gallery Fields to configure which post types should have gallery fields 4. Start adding galleries to your posts! ## FAQ ### Which post types are supported? By default, the gallery field is available for Posts. You can enable it for any public post type through the settings page under Tools -> Advanced Gallery Fields. ### Does it work with Elementor? Yes! The plugin enables the dynamic link tag for your gallery to use with any image gallery widget working on Elementor. ### I am using ACF, SCF, or another custom field plugin. Can I use the gallery field? Yes! The gallery field is compatible with any custom field plugin. CONS:The only downside is that once you have added images to a gallery, if you want to edit it in any way, you need to redo the whole gallery. You can’t drag and drop, or add/remove images. You have to select them all again in the right order.
