## Description

Displays useful technical support information in a widget area (sidebar); or, via
a shortcode on a post or page. The displayed details are easy to share by copying
and pasting. Information available includes such things as the web site URL; the
WordPress version; the current theme; a list of active plugins … and much more. 
This is help for those that help. NB: The information is only viewable by logged-
in users, and by default, only the site administrator(s).

## Installation

This section describes how to install the plugin and get it working.

 1. Upload `bns-support.php` to the `../wp-content/plugins/` directory.
 2. Activate through the ‘Plugins’ menu.
 3. Place the BNS Support widget appropriately in the Appearance | Widgets section 
    of the dashboard.

 1. Go to ‘Plugins’ menu under your Dashboard
 2. Click on the ‘Add New’ link
 3. Search for bns-support
 4. Install.
 5. Activate through the ‘Plugins’ menu.
 6. Place the BNS Support widget appropriately in the Appearance | Widgets section 
    of the dashboard.

  What can I use for a shortcode?

The shortcode `[ tech_support ]` (remove the spaces to use correctly) was recently
added for those users that would like to use a post or page for the plugin output.
