Installation

  1. Upload the entire ft-calendar folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
  2. Go to the ‘Plugins’ page in the menu and activate the plugin.
  3. Create at least one calendar.
  4. Type [ftcalendar] into any Post or Page you want FT Calendar to be displayed in.
  5. Visit the FT Calendar Help page inside your WordPress dashboard to discover more shortcodes and widgets

There are numerous bugs in the ugly calendar (duplicated ID’s), but they are not a dealbreaker. What really ruins this plugin (which has a good concept and admin UX) is the sloppy PHP code that destroys ALL post query order on your website.

Wow! can now bring multiple post types into a single event feed/calendar, easily add repeating events with or without end dates/times – I couldn’t find any other plugin that makes this happen, it seems like it would have heaps of useful applications.
