But the documentation makes it sound like this is very specific to add it to the forms/checkouts and users (why not MEMBERS?!). I think it is a problem with the confusing documentation more than anything. I don’t even really understand why a separate plugin is even required when the solution is purely custom PHP. A beginner would most likely have trouble figuring this out, even after watching the explainer video. With all the plugins that make adding personal fields by just creating them from WordPress admin area (i.e. xProfile for BuddyPress) this plugin you have to add another plugin on top of it just to be able to use it. Then you have to add and edit the PHP code to make usable for your site.
