After the last update they removed the possibility to write profile, the translated version didn’t work anymore and it’s basically impossible to create a working family tree. I’ve reported this issue on their site in september and haven’t had a statisfying response since(« our tech team is working on it»). I’m afraid this was a waste of money. The creator of this plugin started a new plugin called WP Genealogy. It isn’t clear to me how this relates to this plugin. I only remembered I had this because they sent a renewal email, thankfully. I tested it one last time, same result, so I canceled. The «money back guarantee» is a fake; they never turned me back my 80€ expended.
