Privacy

Formelya may store data voluntarily provided by people who complete a questionnaire, including:

• email address;
• questionnaire answers;
• uploaded files;
• creation, modification, and completion dates;
• a secure technical identifier used to resume a questionnaire.

Data is stored in the WordPress database and file storage of the website where Formelya is installed.

When the administrator enters privacy text in the Formelya settings, a required consent checkbox is displayed in the questionnaire.

Formelya integrates with the WordPress personal data export and erasure tools.

Formelya data can be removed during plugin uninstallation only when the administrator explicitly enables the corresponding option.
