I see a lot of bad reviews, I’m assuming it’s likely from people who aren’t super familiar with how API’s work and how to troubleshoot the failing connections. Documentation for this plugin could certainly be improved, but it does work well.

Not happy, we’ve lost months of work and only coming back to this now and realised we are not alone in having challenges with this plugin.Plugin was a key element to our automation workflow and was working BUT NOT for the last few months (since with Wordpress or Zapier changed something)) As result we’ve had to pivot to other work AND and just reduced our Zapier subscription level by 90%. Will look to possible stop using Zapier and move to new alternatives The lack of response from developers to user complaints only emphasises the lack of developer interest (I can’t remember if I paid for this plugin and only hope we didn’t) I only wished I seen this rating earlier to avoid the pain and frustration.

Follow the instructions to the letter and all you’ll get as thanks are failed connections. Unclear documentation, help is displayed in the plugin. These are the trainees who had to deal with this plugin 8 years ago.

authentication failed: «The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks may not be configured correctly. File Not Found» response received. HTTP status: «404» the credentials are correct. this plugin is ass..

The plugin works fine with a little bit of configuration, but Zapier itself has a known bug (as of Spring 2024) which means you cannot build Zaps around custom post types (per post by Zapier staff in their community forum).
